Carol Vorderman Reveals Intermittent Fasting and Raw Veg Snacks Keep Her Young

Carol Vorderman, 63, has shared the secrets behind her youthful appearance, revealing she practices intermittent fasting and snacks on raw vegetables like sprouts throughout the day. The former Countdown star told Saga Magazine: “I wear a good bra and jeans that hold you up. I generally have one meal a day—late afternoon.”

Vorderman also expressed indifference to public opinion on her looks, stating: “I don't give a toss about what people say about how I look. I'm also old enough to not care about what anyone else thinks about me.” She admitted to missing months of gym sessions due to a knee injury sustained while working on her new book, What Now? On A Mission To Fix Broken Britain.

In a separate interview with The Times, Vorderman discussed her polyamorous lifestyle, revealing she has parted ways with two of her “special friends”. She said: “Life’s moved on. It’s free-spirited. There’s no ownership but it works. I love being single. I couldn’t think of anything worse than being with a full-time partner.”

Vorderman first opened up about dating multiple men, including an astronaut, on This Morning two years ago. She previously defended her relationship choices on Instagram, saying: “There are different kinds of relationships and a less pressurised one is one which suits many of us. It’s just that society has said we can’t talk about it. Well, stuff that.”
