Claudia Jordan, star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, has backtracked on comments suggesting that Jamie Foxx is dating Katie Holmes. The reality TV personality initially claimed on the Allegedly podcast that the Oscar-winning actor was 'very happy' with the former Dawson's Creek star.
However, Jordan later denied confirming the romance, telling Entertainment Tonight: 'I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I've never seen them together, he's never told me he's dating her.' She admitted she 'misspoke' and does not have factual knowledge of the relationship.
The denial comes after years of speculation about Foxx and Holmes, who were first seen together in 2013 at a charity event. Both have previously denied dating, with Holmes's representative stating in 2015 that 'these stories are untrue and this gossip needs to stop.'
Despite the denials, rumours have persisted, with reports of them spending time together and even discussing marriage. However, Jordan's latest comments pour cold water on the idea that the relationship is confirmed.
