Ed Sheeran, once known for his partying lifestyle, has transformed his daily routine into a wellness-focused regimen at his estate. The 33-year-old singer shared a glimpse of his day on Instagram, highlighting activities that promote physical and mental health.

His day begins with coffee before cycling to his art studio inside a barn, where he practices mindfulness by painting. He then goes for a run across his property, followed by a session in his home sauna. After the sauna, he takes a cold plunge in his pond, embracing hot and cold therapy.

The pond, built in 2019, was initially controversial as neighbours disputed his claim that it was a 'wildlife pond'. Planning permission was granted on that basis, but Sheeran appears to use it for swimming. Later, he plays guitar on the pond's jetty and enjoys dinner with his wife, Cherry Seaborn.

Sheeran emphasises the benefits of outdoor exercise, saying, 'Gyms are good but there's nothing like fresh air to really give you a cleanout.' He has also taken up cycling, noting it forces him to disconnect from screens and engage in conversation or reflection.

Regarding his fitness and diet, Sheeran admits he is prone to weight gain but manages it through regular gym sessions and portion control. He advocates for balance, stating, 'The reason I work out is so I can eat and drink whatever I want.'
