Gabbriette, the American model and fiancée of The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, has shared a series of photos from her Las Vegas hen-do ahead of their wedding next month. The 28-year-old, whose real name is Gabriella Leigh Bechtel, posted the images on social media, captioned with a diamond ring emoji.
Hen-Do Highlights
The first photo shows Gabbriette from behind, handcuffed. Another snap captures her posing in a car wearing a vintage white Chanel tweed skirt suit with a matching bag and heels. She also shared a clip of a man dressed as a police officer spanking her with a baton before carrying her onto a private jet.
In a nod to her future husband, the hotel room at the Wynn Las Vegas was decorated with balloons spelling out 'Mrs Healy'. Other photos show fake $100 bills on the floor, Gabbriette posing with burlesque star Dita Von Teese, dancing with an Elvis impersonator, and wearing a 'Bachelorette' sash on the runway outside the private jet.
Lavish Touches
The model also shared a bedazzled bottle of Dom Perignon reading 'Gabbriette 2026' and another bottle covered in pink diamantes labeled 'w****'. A final photo shows a suitcase, feather boa, and single platform shoe alongside a sign reading 'I survived Gabbriette’s bachelorette Las Vegas 2026'.
Gabbriette is also the lead vocalist and songwriter of the punk rock band Nasty Cherry, formed by Charli XCX, whose husband George Daniel is The 1975’s drummer. Gabbriette and Healy announced their engagement in June 2024 after nine months of dating, following Healy's split from Taylor Swift in 2023.
Family Reactions
Healy's mother, Loose Women panellist Denise Welch, has commented on the relationship. On Watch What Happens Live last year, she said of Swift's album The Tortured Poet’s Department, which includes songs believed to be about Healy: 'Obviously, on pain of death can I talk about that episode, but not being her mother-in-law is a role that I’m glad that I lost. Not that I have anything against her at all. It was just, you know, it was tricky. But, listen, you’re not allowed to say anything but then she writes a whole album about it? But Matty has taken it all in completely good grace. He’s very happy with his amazing fiancée Gabbriette – who is gorgeous – so we’ve moved on.'
She later said on Loose Women that Gabbriette was 'everything I would want in a daughter-in-law'. Last month, Welch revealed on the Tom’s Hirschsprung’s Podcast: 'Matty gets married in July, which we’re very excited about.'
