Jeremy Clarkson Lifestyle Changes After Cancer Remission

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed the lifestyle changes he has made following his prostate cancer diagnosis, as he headed to the United States for the FIFA World Cup and surprised a group of England fans with spare tickets.

Cancer Diagnosis and Remission

The former Top Gear host, 66, confirmed he is in remission after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. In the season five finale of his Amazon Prime Video series Clarkson's Farm, Clarkson disclosed that he was diagnosed in May 2025 and underwent treatment for a malignant tumour in his prostate in August of that year.

Days after the episode aired, Clarkson told The Sunday Times that a follow-up Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test two months ago showed no indication of cancer, declaring himself "the world's luckiest man."

Lifestyle Adjustments

In the interview, Clarkson discussed the changes he has made to his lifestyle, particularly his diet. He said: "I really like seeing my grandchildren. I want to watch them grow up. I drive much more slowly. I’m a bit of a dawdler. I go for walks a lot. I have vegetarian food."

Clarkson shares three children – Emily, Finlo, and Katya – with his ex-wife Frances Cain.

World Cup Surprise

Clarkson was seen in Boston ahead of England's second match of the FIFA World Cup on Tuesday, June 23. He took to social media to offer spare tickets on a first-come, first-served basis to England fans in Boston. The tickets went almost immediately to two lads who could not believe their luck.

Clarkson told The Sun: "I didn’t fancy getting soaked at my first England World Cup game so I decided to treat someone without tickets. I offered them first-come, first-served to any England fans in Boston, and they went almost immediately to two lads who couldn’t believe their luck."

He added: "It was great to treat them and I hope they’re enjoying Boston as much as I am. The atmosphere has been terrific. I got chatting to them and found out they’re from Selby in Yorkshire about eight miles from where I was born so that’s a bonus."
