Khloé Kardashian has revealed that her first and only experience at the Coachella music festival in 2015 was marred by an accidental drug ingestion. The 41-year-old reality star recounted the incident on her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, explaining that she unknowingly consumed a drink that contained drugs.
“It wasn’t the best experience. I got drugged without me knowing, but I think everyone knew,” Kardashian said. She clarified that she did not believe anyone intentionally drugged her, but rather she was unaware that others were using drugs. “I remember drinking this drink and just feeling really crazy. No one wants to feel like that and not know why they’re like that.”
Kardashian said she became so frightened that she locked herself in a bathroom for hours. “I was in my head. I was so scared, so my experience was not good,” she added. “Everyone was yelling at me because I wouldn’t get out of the bathroom.”
While Kardashian has not returned to Coachella, her sisters—Kourtney, Kim, Kendall, and Kylie—are regular attendees. All four were present at the most recent festival last month, with Kourtney hosting a wellness retreat and Kendall throwing an exclusive event for her tequila brand. Kim attended with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, and Kylie was there both weekends.
Kardashian admitted feeling FOMO (fear of missing out) for the first time this year, as all her sisters were present. She considered attending for Justin Bieber’s set but could not due to her daughter True’s birthday. Kardashian shares True, 8, and son Tatum, 3, with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
