Hembrow and Poole first confirmed their relationship during a trip to the Whitsundays. In a Q&A video on Hembrow's YouTube channel, Poole admitted he was the first to say 'I love you', revealing he confessed his feelings after a minor argument on holiday.
Poole, who runs a restaurant called Maman Bar and Kitchen on the Gold Coast, has also formed a bond with Hembrow's children, Wolf and Saskia, from her previous relationship with Reece Hawkins. Hawkins and his wife London Goheen recently welcomed a baby boy named Stone.
