Kate Moss and George Clooney Back Vivienne Westwood's Arctic Campaign

Vivienne Westwood has enlisted the support of stars including Kate Moss, George Clooney, and Naomi Campbell for her latest environmental campaign. The fashion designer launched a Save The Arctic exhibition at Waterloo Tube station, featuring 60 celebrities photographed by Andy Gotts wearing a T-shirt designed by Westwood for Greenpeace's campaign against oil drilling in the Arctic.

Westwood was joined by model Leebo Freeman, actress Sadie Frost, and photographer Gotts to unveil the images. The exhibition, which will run for two weeks, was strategically placed at the station as it serves Shell's British headquarters.

Speaking about the campaign, Westwood said: 'The status quo will kill us. People don't realise how quickly we are marching toward a possible mass extinction.' Other stars supporting the cause include Poldark's Aidan Turner, The Avengers actor Tom Hiddleston, and Doctor Who actors David Tennant and Peter Capaldi.
