Body camera footage has emerged showing Reacher star Alan Ritchson in a physical altercation with a neighbour in Brentwood, Tennessee. The footage, recorded from Ritchson’s own camera, captures the 43-year-old actor riding his green Kawasaki motorcycle through a suburban area when a man identified as Ronnie Taylor steps into the road to block him.
Ritchson stops and is heard saying: “Are you f***ing kidding me, bro?” before appearing to push Taylor to the ground. Taylor gets up and accuses Ritchson of “driving around this neighbourhood like a f***ing lunatic!” Two of Ritchson’s sons are also seen on motorcycles watching the incident.
As Ritchson attempts to leave, Taylor pushes him off his bike, leading to a further physical exchange. Ritchson knocks Taylor to the ground and says: “Are you f***ing out of your goddamn mind?” before telling him to “stay down!” Taylor told TMZ he reported Ritchson to the police, alleging the actor struck him multiple times. Authorities are investigating but no arrests have been made.
Ritchson has not publicly commented, but posted on Instagram stories a quote attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte: “Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.” The Independent has approached Ritchson’s representatives, Taylor and the Brentwood Police Department for comment.
