Furlan's Restraining Order Bid Against Radke Delayed

Brittany Furlan, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, has been granted a future court date to pursue a restraining order against musician Ronnie Radke after her initial bid for immediate protection was unsuccessful on Monday.

Court Battle Over Alleged Harassment and Secret Relationship

In documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, the 39-year-old former Vine star labelled Radke, the 42-year-old frontman for Falling in Reverse, as "unhinged and obsessed." The judge did not grant a temporary restraining order but set a new hearing for January 23, allowing Furlan to present more evidence.

Furlan's lawyer, Lou Shapiro, told the Daily Mail, "It's encouraging that in response to our filing the judge indicated that she wants to hear more evidence before issuing Orders." He added that his client "looks forward to having her day in court and hopefully getting the protection that she so desperately needs."

A Tangled Web of Accusations

Furlan's legal filing outlines a complex series of allegations against Radke, which she claims began after a secret relationship between them ended. She states they exchanged explicit images via Snapchat in 2025 during a rocky period in her marriage to Tommy Lee, 63.

According to Furlan, Radke then began a campaign of online harassment after she confessed the affair to her husband. She accuses him of:

  • Creating fake 'burner' accounts to post abusive comments on her Instagram.
  • Using a "hideous body double" to portray her in one of his music videos.
  • Posting videos last week that encouraged his fans to attack her, which prompted her legal action.

Furlan also strongly denies Radke's counter-claims that their communications were the work of a catfish or that she used AI to create explicit content of him.

Radke's Counter-Claims and Previous FBI Report

Ronnie Radke has previously sought his own restraining order against Furlan, which was unsuccessful. In his own court filings, he alleged that Furlan made unwanted contact, both online and in person, including showing up at his home and a medical facility.

He claimed she has "falsely claimed that there had been romantic ties" and accused her of messaging underage fans to lie about him. In a recent Instagram video, Radke stated, "The s*** you're saying in there could probably either make you end up in jail or get in a lot of trouble."

This legal clash follows an incident last year where Radke reported to the FBI that he was being impersonated online. He told TMZ at the time, "I'm actually kind of flabbergasted... The FBI is now involved, and it's a felony, it's a crime - it's pretty serious, I guess."

The case continues, with both parties set to present further evidence later this month. The outcome could have significant implications for how courts handle allegations of digital harassment and interpersonal disputes between public figures.
