This quiet show of unity comes just days after Presley's legal team issued a forceful rebuttal to what they termed 'explosive and unproven' claims contained in a newly amended $50 million breach-of-contract lawsuit. The legal action was filed by her former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.
The lawsuit, obtained by The Daily Mail, makes a series of extraordinary allegations that have dragged multiple high-profile names into the fray, including actor John Travolta. Central to the amended complaint is a claim regarding the biological parentage of Travolta's youngest son, Benjamin, born to his late wife Kelly Preston in November 2010.
The filing alleges, without providing medical documentation, that Riley Keough was the egg donor for Benjamin, making him the biological great-grandson of Elvis Presley. It further claims this alleged arrangement required sign-off from the Church of Scientology and involved Priscilla Presley's oversight, and that Keough was 'given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000–$20,000'.
Legal Team's Furious Response
Presley's attorneys categorically denied all allegations in a blistering statement. They accused Kruse, Fialko, and their 'co-conspirators' of crossing ethical lines to cause 'further pain' to the Presley family, stressing the claims have no relevance to the underlying contract dispute.
'After losing motion after motion in this case... they have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross,' the statement read. 'These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.'
The lawsuit also contains other sensational claims, including that Michael Lockwood stated Travolta and Preston had previously used Lisa Marie Presley's eggs, but later decided against it, allegedly not wanting 'eggs with heroin'—a reference to Lisa Marie's reported opioid addiction. Lockwood has flatly denied any knowledge of these allegations, telling the Daily Mail, 'That just sounds crazy. I have not heard anything about it.'
Other individuals named in the filing have also denied knowledge of the claims attributed to them. Representatives for John Travolta and Riley Keough have not yet responded to requests for comment.

He claimed all family disputes were resolved following Lisa Marie's 2023 death, stating 'every matter was settled, all parties were paid, and closure was achieved.'
