Bobby Brazier's success on Strictly Come Dancing has propelled his family back into the spotlight, with his father Jeff Brazier and brother Freddie landing a major reality TV show. The pair are set to appear on the next series of Celebrity Race Around the World on BBC One, following Bobby's stint on the dance competition.

A TV insider told The Sun that Bobby's presence on Strictly boosted the Brazier name, making the family attractive to producers. 'Bobby's done wonders for the Brazier name and it seems producers want to get in on the action as soon as possible,' the source said. The insider noted that the show was one of 2023's biggest television hits.

Celebrity Race Around the World challenges family pairs to travel from one point on the globe to another with limited time and money. The first celebrity edition aired this autumn, with Good Morning Britain weatherman Alex Beresford and his father Noel taking first place. Other contestants included McFly drummer Harry Judd and his mother Emma, racing driver Billy Monger and his sister Bonny, and singer Mel Blatt and her mother Helene.

Bobby, 20, who played a key role in raising his family's profile, recently appeared on Loose Women with his father Jeff. He admitted feeling 'a bit lost' after the show ended, missing his dance partner Dianne Buswell. Jeff, 44, expressed pride in his son but warned of the challenges in the entertainment industry, saying, 'It is impossible for him to stay on that trajectory... There will be highs and lows. That is what I am here for.'
