Reality TV personality and influencer Charlotte Dawson has announced she is indefinitely stepping away from her popular podcast, Naughty Corner, following a whirlwind period in her personal life that saw a brief split from her fiancé.
A Decision for the 'Right Time'
The 33-year-old mother-of-three, daughter of the late comedian Les Dawson, shared the news in a lengthy Instagram statement. She explained that after a successful year with over a million downloads, she felt it was the "right time to pause the podcast for now."
"With life being especially busy at the moment (kids, chaos and everything in between) this feels like the right moment to take a breather," Dawson wrote. She described the podcast as a place where she shared her parenting journey and thanked her co-host Janine and listeners for their support.
Turbulence Behind the Scenes
The announcement comes on the heels of significant personal drama. Earlier in December 2025, it was reported that Dawson and her fiancé, former rugby star Matt Sarsfield, had split following a heated argument at a party.
However, in a dramatic U-turn, the couple reconciled just days later. This recent incident marks the second temporary separation for the pair, who have been together for nine years and engaged for five. They previously parted ways in August last year after Dawson discovered messages to other women on Sarsfield's phone.
Future Uncertain for Podcast and Wedding
A source previously told The Sun that Dawson felt "apprehensive" about walking down the aisle due to the ups and downs of their long engagement, though they noted the couple typically "kiss and make up."
Dawson herself addressed wedding plans in an interview with the Mirror in June 2025, suggesting she would wait until life was easier with her young children. "I can’t start planning a wedding now – Jesus, I can’t even sort my own life out!" she remarked at the time.
For now, the focus is on her family. The future return date for the candid 'Naughty Corner' podcast, which launched last year, remains unconfirmed.
