Gabby Allen Confronts Savage Interrogation in Celebrity SAS Finale
As Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins reaches its dramatic conclusion, Love Island star Gabby Allen faces what is described as the most brutal interrogation of the series. The reality television personality, one of the final five recruits remaining in the competition, will be subjected to a harrowing twelve-hour ordeal that includes being branded with expletive-laden insults and having water thrown in her face.
The Final Five Face Ultimate Test
The condensed version of Special Air Service training, overseen by directing staff including Billy Billingham, Rudy Reyes, Chris Oliver, and Jason Fox, has whittled down the original fourteen celebrities to just five. Alongside Gabby Allen, the remaining contestants battling to pass the course are Love Island winner Dani Dyer, England rugby legend Ben Cohen, Australian swimmer Mack Horton, and fellow swimmer Emily Seebohm.
In tonight's climactic episode on Channel 4, the final task places the recruits in stress positions while forcing them to listen to difficult sounds on repeat, interspersed with intense face-to-face questioning. This ultimate challenge is designed to push their mental and physical limits to the absolute edge.
Gabby Allen's Confrontational Exchange
During the tense interrogation scenario, Gabby Allen, aged 33, finds herself at the centre of a particularly savage verbal attack. Interrogator Ian Dilks launches into a tirade, stating, "I could line ten women off Love Island up, you'd all look the f***ing same." He continues by criticising her appearance, saying, "You've all got generic lips, you've got eye lashes like a cow, all the same... so what makes you any different to any other trollops?"
When Gabby initially refuses to answer, Dilks shouts in her face, "You can f***ing answer, you know." The reality star responds with sassy defiance, replying, "That’s fair enough, that’s your opinion," before simply saying "OK" to further provocations. This seemingly triggers the interrogator's temper to escalate further.
The exchange reaches a peak when Dilks grabs Gabby by the collar and declares, "F***ing talentless little t***s like you mean f*** all to me. You’re f***ing useless. F***ing smirk away." The situation then turns physical as he offers her a drink of water. Upon her polite refusal with "no thanks, sir," he throws the water in her face, commanding, "F***ing have one," before pouring the remainder over her head and adding, "Have the f***ing rest, sort your hair out."
Watching from outside the room, an umpire for the series remarks, "F***ing hell. Anywhere else they would have had a bloody good slap by now."
Ben Cohen's Emotional Struggle
Meanwhile, England rugby World Cup winner Ben Cohen also faces a deeply personal and challenging interrogation. The former sportsman, who is clinically deaf due to genetic hearing loss, is called a "sad old man" by the directing staff during the process.
Interrogator Ian Dilks tells Cohen, "I recognise your face. Didn’t you used to play rugby? Didn’t you win the World Cup? They say never meet your heroes because it’ll be disappointing. It’s quite sad really. You’re like an old man. So as a 'husband-rugby player', what are you doing here now?"
Ben replies, "I’ve been running across the country, sir," and when prompted to explain why, he admits, "I’m trying to figure that out." After the interrogation, Cohen reveals to the staff that he is barely hanging on, stating, "I am tired. The interrogation is probably one of my biggest question marks."
He elaborates on the mental toll, saying, "It’s wearing you down and making you feel vulnerable, triggering different mindsets, thoughts and testing them – the mental challenge of it, the mental toughness of it." In last night's episode, Ben was seen becoming emotional during a video call with fellow 2003 World Cup winner Steve Thompson, where he opened up about the experience, confessing, "It’s been really tough. It’s been soul-searching. I have had some really horrible mental battles."
