I'm A Celeb Winner AngryGinge Reveals Unseen 'Really Bad' Medical Scare with Aitch
I'm A Celeb's Unseen Medical Scare Revealed by Winner

The newly crowned King of the Jungle, streamer AngryGinge, has lifted the lid on a serious behind-the-scenes medical incident that was never broadcast to viewers of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.

The Unseen Camp Crisis

During a recent Twitch stream with his fellow campmate, actress Lisa Riley, the 24-year-old winner recounted a distressing episode involving rapper Aitch. Ginge explained that the intense conditions in the Australian jungle, sustained primarily on a meagre diet of rice and beans, led to severe nutrient and salt deficiencies for all the celebrities.

"There was a day that I don’t think got shown," Ginge revealed. "Aitch was really, really, like, he’d try stand up [before getting lightheaded]." He described how the musician's legs felt "like jelly" and the situation became "really bad," to the point where medics had to be rushed in with a hydration pack to prevent a collapse.

A Shared Struggle with Dizziness

Ginge emphasised that this was not an isolated issue. He, along with campmates Jack Osborne and Martin Kemp, all battled intense lightheadedness. "As soon as you stand up, you got so light headed. It’s unbelievable," he said. "From lack of salts, lack of sugar, lack of food, lack of water."

Lisa Riley corroborated the story during the stream, chiming in to confirm Aitch's plight and noting that "his hydration plummets." Ginge admitted his own close calls were "uncountable," but stated Aitch was the most severely affected on that particular day.

Life After the Jungle Crown

AngryGinge, who secured a landslide 65 per cent of the public vote to win the 2025 series, has since returned to the UK and is adjusting back to normal life. His first priority was returning to his streaming career, though he postponed his initial planned broadcast due to exhaustion.

Writing on his Instagram stories, he told fans: "Next stream will be tomorrow everyone. Still just getting back to normality. Did wanna go live today but I’m f**ked, see you all tomorrow." The winner received a hero's welcome upon touching down in the UK, capping off his dramatic jungle journey which contained moments far more severe than those aired on ITV.
