They are the only pair to have remained together from day one, leading fans to dub them frontrunners to win. Despite challenges, including a bombshell arrival asking Sean on a date, he remained focused on Lola. In a recent Heartrate Challenge, Lola's pulse was most elevated by Sean, though Sean's was quickened by another girl, surprising viewers.

Katie revealed that she and their parents initially felt anxious watching Sean on the show but have been reassured by his genuine behavior.
