Speculation is rife that Love Island All Stars runners-up Grace Jackson and Luca Bish could be heading for an engagement, after eagle-eyed fans spotted a telling detail in their festive social media posts.
The Cryptic Christmas Clue
The couple, who met on the ITV2 dating series earlier in 2025, shared a series of snaps from their first Christmas together on Sunday, 28th December. Among the images of matching white outfits and wintry walks, one particular photo sent their followers into a frenzy.
Grace posted a close-up shot of an engraved padlock, clearly showing the inscription: “Luca and Grace Paris January 2026.” This romantic detail was immediately seized upon by fans, who flooded the comments section with theories about a potential proposal in the French capital at the start of the new year.
Fan Reaction and Past Romance
Followers were quick to connect the dots, with one commenting "Paris 2026" alongside a string of ring emojis, and another writing: "Merry 1st Christmas together Luca & Grace, .. hmm what's happening in Paris in Jan? teasing us".
While the pair have not directly addressed the rumours, their relationship has shown no signs of slowing since leaving the villa. Their romance continued to blossom after All Stars wrapped, with Luca previously making headlines for an extravagant "girlfriend proposal" during a trip to Abu Dhabi, complete with white roses, candles, and a neon sign.
Support and Controversy
Despite some criticism that Luca's grand gesture mirrored how he asked a previous Love Island partner to be exclusive, support for the couple remains strong. Grace's ex, Reuben Collins, whom she coupled up with during her first Love Island appearance, recently offered his approval.
"I haven't specifically met Luca before but he seems cool, he seems like a great guy. Like congrats, like I'm just buzzing for them really," Collins said at a London fashion show. He added, "And I like Grace, she’s a good girl, like I expect nothing less for her, she deserves the best."
The couple, who were originally tipped as favourites, narrowly missed out on winning Love Island All Stars, finishing second behind Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman. Some believe their chances may have been affected by a last-minute allegation from dumped islander Olivia Hawkins, which Grace firmly denied.
All eyes are now on January 2026 to see if the Paris padlock clue points to a holiday or a life-changing question.
