Indiyah Polack Admits 'Mistake' After Cheating Video With Co-Star Emerges
Love Island's Indiyah Breaks Silence on Cheating Claims

Former Love Island star Indiyah Polack has issued a public statement after a video surfaced online appearing to show her kissing a co-star, which reportedly led to the end of her three-year relationship with fellow islander Dami Hope.

The Viral Video and Public Admission

The controversy began when a clip circulated on TikTok, allegedly filmed on December 3 at the upscale London restaurant Duck and Waffle. The video purportedly shows Indiyah, 25, in a passionate embrace with American Twitch streamer Marlon Lundgren Garcia, whom she met while filming the Netflix reality show Inside last autumn.

In the footage, Indiyah is seen clutching her face in apparent shock immediately after the kiss. On Sunday, she broke her silence via Instagram, writing: 'I am aware of the video that has been shared online. I made a mistake and take full responsibility for my actions. I understand the hurt this has caused. I won't be commenting further.'

The End of a Love Island Romance

The couple's split was first revealed by The Daily Mail on New Year's Day. They had met during the 2022 series of Love Island, where they famously dubbed themselves the 'heartbreakers' after a dramatic Casa Amor confrontation. Although they finished in third place, they built a life together, moving in later that year.

On January 9, a spokesperson for Dami, 29, confirmed the breakup with a pointed statement: 'Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack are no longer together, having ended their relationship shortly after Christmas due to a breach of trust.'

Sources close to Dami indicate he has been deeply affected. 'He has been avoiding social media as he comes to terms with the circumstances of his split from Indiyah, which came as a complete shock,' an insider said. His reflective year-end social media post, featuring 20 photos none of which included Indiyah, hinted at the turmoil.

Career Fallout and All Stars Snub

The timing of the split is particularly sensitive, coinciding with the launch of Love Island: All Stars. Indiyah is set to return as host of the official The Morning After podcast alongside Amy Hart.

However, it has been confirmed that Dami will not be entering the All Stars villa as a bombshell contestant. A source explained: 'Entering the All Stars villa is not on the cards, it's not his style... Dami is dealing with this privately.' They added that appearing on the show would be considered 'an unforgivable level of disrespect.'

Despite the personal drama, both have forged successful careers post-Love Island. Indiyah is a regular presenter on Capital Xtra and hosted last year's MOBO Awards, while Dami has pursued various business ventures.

The couple were last seen together publicly celebrating Indiyah's birthday in December, but shared no joint photos over the Christmas period, signalling the quiet demise of one of the show's most prominent partnerships.
