Former Love Island champion Jess Harding has unveiled a significant personal transformation as she prepares to make a dramatic return to reality television. The 25-year-old, who won the ITV2 show in 2023, is set to enter the villa once more for the highly anticipated Love Island All Stars series.
A Transparent Glow-Up Journey
Jess Harding has openly documented her aesthetic evolution over the past five years, sharing candid before-and-after photos on her dedicated Instagram account. She revealed her cosmetic journey includes the use of lip, cheek, and chin fillers, undertaken while working as an aesthetics practitioner herself.
In a detailed post, Jess explained: "My personal transformation over the past 5+ years as an Aesthetics Practitioner." She acknowledged that natural maturation played a part but credited aesthetic treatments for making a definite difference, alongside honing her makeup skills.
Offering advice to her followers, she emphasised the importance of a natural approach and careful practitioner selection. "Just a little reminder that when done correctly and with a natural approach, Aesthetic treatments can create subtle yet amazing changes over time! choose your practitioner wisely," she noted.
Fan Reaction and a New Mindset
The response from her social media followers was overwhelmingly positive, flooding the comments with support. Admirers called her "gorgeous darling" and praised her "transparency," with many declaring it a true "glow up." One fan commented: "Honest, real and gorgeous inside and out, before and now! keep shining queen xx." However, not all feedback was complimentary, with one critic questioning the need for procedures, asking: "Why not just be natural? I don't get all this fake look!"
Ahead of her television comeback, Jess has adopted a newfound confidence. She vowed not to be a pushover in her fresh search for romance, stating: "I was the nice girl in the corner. But now my confidence has grown, I've got a great personality, I'm nice looking, if you don't want me, someone else will be lucky to have me."
All-Star Line-Up and Past Drama
Jess won the £50,000 prize in 2023 alongside her then-boyfriend Sammy Root, though the pair have since split. She will not be the only former winner seeking love again. She is joined by Millie Court, 29, who won the show in 2021 with Liam Reardon. Millie's return follows their separation in September, which ended their turbulent relationship.
Another notable returnee is Whitney Adebayo, 28, who was a runner-up in 2023 with Lochan Nowacki. Their two-year romance ended acrimoniously in 2025. Whitney publicly accused Lochan of making racist comments during their relationship, allegations he strongly denied before launching defamation proceedings against her. She now returns to the villa hoping for a better match.
The Love Island All Stars series promises to bring back some of the show's most memorable contestants, blending past dramas with new romantic possibilities as they all return to the iconic villa setting.
