Former Married At First Sight UK star Leigh Harris has publicly unveiled her new relationship, sharing a series of intimate photos months after her televised split from wife Leah Tyrer.
Glamorous Night Out in London
The 30-year-old NHS clinical coder from Romford took to social media to post pictures from a special evening at The Royal Albert Hall, where she watched Cirque du Soleil. Leigh was joined by friends, including fellow MAFS UK alumnus Davide Anica and his boyfriend Nate.
Dressed in a chic white mini dress and matching fur coat, Leigh saved the most revealing snaps for the end of her post. The final images showed the reality TV star sharing passionate kisses with her new flame on a London street and later on a Tube platform.
Moving On From a Tumultuous Marriage
Leigh was originally paired with 35-year-old construction consultant Leah Tyrer by experts Mel Schilling, Paul C Brunson, and Charlene Douglas on the E4 show. Despite seeming perfect on paper, their relationship was one of the most volatile of the series.
Leigh confessed during the experiment that she felt Leah lacked sufficient masculine traits and that she may have made a "mistake". Their conflicts culminated during the final vows after a row sparked by Leigh kissing fellow bride Leisha Lightbody during a girls' day out.
"We've struggled with communication, trust, misunderstood feelings and unwanted behaviours," Leigh declared at the time. The pair mutually agreed to part ways.
New Beginnings for Both Ex-Spouses
Since the split, relations have deteriorated, with Leigh revealing she has been blocked by Leah. She also expressed dismay at footage where Leah branded her an "attention seeking b***h".
However, both women have now moved on. Leah Tyrer is in a relationship with Maz Pacheco, an Everton Women's and former England youth defender, confirming the romance on Instagram in November.
Leigh's own new romance was met with delight from fans and co-stars. Comments on her post included: "Aww you so deserve LOVE" and "So very happy for you Leigh." Her close friend Davide Anica wrote: "I'm just so happy. Loving this for you."
The Essex personality teased the reveal in her caption, writing: "An unforgettable dump. The best night with my favourite people. You might want to keep swiping to the end."
