Meghan Markle Shares Lilibet's Video of Her and Harry Dancing in Nostalgic 2026 Post
Meghan Markle posts video filmed by daughter Lilibet

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has offered a rare and intimate glimpse into her family life, sharing a charming video of herself and Prince Harry dancing, filmed by their four-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet.

A Nostalgic Glimpse and a Viral Trend

In her first Instagram post of 2026, Meghan posted the black-and-white clip, which shows the couple barefoot on grass, spinning and swaying hand-in-hand before she jumps into Harry's arms. She credited Lilibet as the videographer for the personal moment.

The caption, "When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there," accompanied the dance video and a photograph from the couple's third date in Botswana in August 2016. This appears to be Meghan's participation in the popular viral 'throwback' trend, where people share nostalgic photos from a decade ago.

She joins other celebrities like her friend Mindy Kaling, comedian Amy Schumer, and actresses Eva Longoria and Hailey Bieber, who have also shared their own decade-old memories online.

Business Ventures: From Bookmarks to Cookbooks

The personal post comes amid continued activity for the Duchess's lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. Earlier this week, she launched a new product in her As Ever range: a limited-edition leather bookmark retailing for $18 (approximately £13.40), which has already sold out.

Collaborating with Sbri, a small, female-owned British workshop based in the New Forest, the "Fell Asleep Here" bookmark is crafted from supple black leather with gold lettering in Meghan's handwriting. The brand emphasises sustainably sourced materials and handcrafted, made-to-order keepsakes.

Looking ahead, reports suggest Meghan will release a cookbook in spring 2026, capitalising on the success of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan. According to an insider, the culinary manual may feature recipes for her "single skillet spaghetti" and rainbow-themed fruit salad, alongside her beloved jams and marmalade.

The book is also expected to include hosting tips, a major theme from her Netflix show. This launch is said to coincide with an expansion of the As Ever brand into non-food items like candles, moving away from the initial crepe and biscuit kits launched in March 2025.

A Continued Passion for Food and Philanthropy

Meghan's interest in food and community is long-standing. After moving to the UK, she wrote the foreword for Together: Our Community Cookbook following the Grenfell Tower fire in 2018. She has also authored a children's book, The Bench.

While her former blog, The Tig, hinted at a love for full-bodied red wine—with rumours of a California cabernet sauvignon in the pipeline—her current business focus appears firmly on building her lifestyle and home brand, blending personal nostalgia with commercial enterprise.
