Escape to the Chateau's Dick Strawbridge and Angel Adoree in Hysterics During Wreath Tutorial

Dick Strawbridge and Angel Adoree, stars of Channel 4's 'Escape to the Chateau', were seen in fits of laughter during a behind-the-scenes video shared last month. The couple, who have been renovating a 19th-century château in France for five years, were filming a festive tutorial for their subscription service when things took a comedic turn.

In the video, Angel began instructing viewers on how to make wreaths, mentioning the need for foliage and the possibility of making ribbons. However, she was distracted by Dick, who had snapped several branches that were supposed to form a circular shape. 'It's broken,' he said, as the pair burst into laughter. Dick attempted to fix the issue, but the giggles continued, with him wiping tears from his eyes.

Angel declared, 'That's not how you do it,' to which Dick replied, 'You passed them to me. I just held it. I've been booby-trapped. I've been sabotaged. My credibility is gone.' Despite the mishap, the couple later showed off their finished wreaths, with Angel commenting, 'I am so proud of you. Thing is - it's all about family and just being happy, and being with loved ones.'

The video concluded with Dick sharing his optimistic outlook for the New Year, saying, 'Whatever they throw at us, we'll kick back!' The couple, who have two children together, run a business from the château, including hosting weddings and events.
