Bradley Walsh, host of the popular ITV quiz show The Chase, told a contestant to 'take part in other TV shows' after she advised her teammate to take the low offer despite a strong performance in the Cash Builder round.
Contestant Donna urged her fellow player to opt for the low offer, prompting a shocked reaction from Walsh. 'What?! He's just got £7,000!' the host exclaimed. Donna defended her suggestion, saying, 'Yeah, but we need all the players we can get!'
Walsh retorted, 'Who goes low? Donna please, go take part in other TV shows.' Viewers were quick to criticise Donna's advice on social media, with one tweeting, 'Donna a waste of a seat,' and another writing, 'Oh per-lease Donna! Clearly she's only come to take off the others.'
