Polizzi explained to her viewers, with a heavy sigh, 'I've had issues with getting abnormal results and precancerous cells on your cervix and everything. It's very stressful you guys.' Following her doctor's urgent recommendations, she recently underwent a colposcopy and biopsy, describing the experience as painful and unpleasant.
The results brought devastating news. 'Doctor calls me and he's like, "Not looking great." He found cancerous cells on the top of my cervix,' Polizzi revealed. This diagnosis has led to the necessity of a cone biopsy, which she will have performed under anesthesia. 'I'm terrified,' she admitted. 'It's scary, but we have to get it done because cervical cancer is nothing to joke about.'
