Kelsey Parker's Touching Tribute to Stillborn Son Phoenix: 'Tom Is With Him'
Kelsey Parker's Tribute to Stillborn Son Phoenix

Kelsey Parker has shared a deeply moving tribute to her stillborn son, Phoenix, in the lead-up to Christmas, revealing a poignant connection between her two "angel boys".

A Bench for Her Angels

The motivational speaker and podcast host took to Instagram to reveal a new plaque she had added to a bench originally dedicated to her late husband, Tom Parker of The Wanted. The bench now also honours their son, Phoenix Parker-Lindsay, who was tragically stillborn in June 2025.

Kelsey posted a picture of the brass plaque, which bears the inscription: "I walk towards my destiny with ease. Phoenix Parker-Lindsay. 21.06.2025." She also shared a video of the moment she and her boyfriend, tree surgeon Will Lindsay, attached it to the bench beneath the existing plaque for Tom.

A Message of Peace and Connection

In an emotional caption accompanying the images, Kelsey wrote about the profound sense of connection that brings her comfort. "Today we added our beautiful baby boy Phoenix to the bench with Tom," she began.

She reflected on the symmetry of their losses, stating: "It has always stayed with me that Will was looking after Tom’s children here, and now Tom is with Phoenix, looking after him for Will." Kelsey revealed that a medium had once told her Tom was holding and caring for Phoenix, a thought she finds peaceful regardless of one's personal beliefs.

"What gives me peace is knowing my angel boys are together," she continued. "Taken far too soon from us, but never truly gone. I feel them guiding us through life, surrounding us with love in ways we can’t always see. I miss you both more than words can ever say. Always loved. Always remembered."

Support from Friends and Followers

The post was met with an outpouring of love and support. Singer-songwriter Ruth-Anne Cunningham responded with a string of heart emojis, while TV personality Amy Childs commented, "This is so beautiful." Friend Lisa Baggs added: "Sending you all so much darling that’s truly beautiful, love you."

Tom Parker died in March 2022 at the age of 33, after a battle with an inoperable brain tumour. He was survived by Kelsey and their two children, Aurelia and Bodhi.

Navigating Grief and Finding Comfort

This public tribute comes after Kelsey has been open about her journey through profound grief. In November, she shared an encouraging message on Instagram, urging others who are struggling to keep moving forward. "What matters is that I keep moving, keep loving, keep believing that better days are coming," she said. "And they are, they’ve got to be."

She has also found solace in meaningful gifts. Earlier this year, she revealed a painting of a phoenix given to her by Will's godmother, Teresa, after their loss. Posting it online, Kelsey explained it offered her great comfort, saying: "I find such comfort in standing in front of it, as if a part of him is still here with us."

She poignantly added: "Though our little one cannot come back, he was with us for nine beautiful months. He lived in us, he grew with us, and he will always be a part of us. He was, and forever will be, our Phoenix."
