Reality TV star Ferne McCann has opened up about her impressive fitness transformation, sharing the sustainable secrets behind her two stone weight loss.

From Post-Baby Body to Bikini Confidence

The 35-year-old mother of two showcased her incredible figure in a recent social media post, comparing her current gym-honed physique in a blue bikini with a snap of her post-baby body taken just weeks after welcoming her second child. Ferne, who is mum to daughters Sunday, eight, and Finty, two, shared the inspiring before-and-after clip via her business Instagram page, @fernutrition.

She penned a powerful message to her followers, stating she feels more 'energised' than ever and firmly doesn't believe in cutting out foods or following restrictive 'diets'. 'They don’t work! And I’m a massive foodie so it wouldn’t work for me either,' she explained.

The Pillars of Sustainable Fat Loss

Ferne attributes her success to consistency, stacking daily healthy habits, and following a specific breakfast plan. 'Trust me when you take care of the day to day and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling deprived, exhausted or HANGRY that’s when results actually last!' she wrote.

She revealed the tangible results of her approach: 'I lost around 2 stone! I feel energised, I have sped up my metabolism and cut serious body fat. And you can too!' To help others, she promoted her '21 Day Habit Stack Challenge', which offers daily coaching and community support based on her exact plan.

A Long-Term Lifestyle Overhaul

This is not a new journey for the former TOWIE star. Last year, she candidly revealed she had shed 2.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle, focusing on nutrition and high-intensity interval training. She has successfully maintained her weight over the past year, sharing regular updates with her social media audience.

Just last month, she posted a gym photo explaining how her body composition had 'completely shifted' in a matter of weeks. 'I feel leaner, tighter, more defined and honestly stronger than ever,' she said, again crediting consistency and her nutrition plan.

In an October 2025 post, Ferne proudly reflected on maintaining her results for seven years through two pregnancies. 'And not once have I felt bored or restricted!' she declared. Her typical day of eating includes:

  • A high-fibre salted caramel smoothie for breakfast.
  • A 'power plate' lunch with avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and tomatoes.
  • Dinner such as chicken and bone broth noodle soup.

'Eating regularly (and yes, snacking!) keeps my metabolism firing, my blood sugar balanced, and my mood in check… all key when your goal is fat loss or maintenance,' she explained.

Ferne shares her daughter Finty, born in July 2023, with fiancé Lorri Haines, to whom she got engaged in July 2022. Her eldest daughter, Sunday, is from her previous relationship with Arthur Collins.
