Jennifer Aniston's NYC Winter Style & Fitness Secrets Revealed by Trainer
Jennifer Aniston's Winter Look & Workout Regime Exposed

Jennifer Aniston embraced the New York chill in a cosy winter ensemble this Thursday, showcasing a stark contrast to her typical toned social media appearances. The 56-year-old actress, famed for The Morning Show, was photographed navigating the city streets wrapped up against the January cold.

Aniston's Off-Duty Winter Style

The Los Angeles native opted for practical warmth over Hollywood glamour for her NYC outing. Her layered look featured a pale green down jacket, worn with the hoodie fully zipped. She accessorised with a black scarf and a distinctive black floppy hat, completing the outfit with acid-washed pale blue jeans and a pair of white platform sneakers.

This bundled-up appearance marks a significant departure from the fitness-focused images she often shares online, where she promotes the PVOLVE workout method by showcasing her abs and strong arms.

The Fitness Philosophy Behind the Figure

Last week, Aniston's long-time personal trainer, Dani Coleman, spoke exclusively to the Daily Mail about the star's approach to maintaining her famously fit physique. Coleman, the Vice President of Training at PVOLVE, has worked with Aniston weekly for nearly five years, since they were introduced in 2020.

"No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body," Coleman explained. "She understands that doing something each day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing."

Coleman described Aniston as a "super woman" with an impressive work ethic, who favours challenging, full-body workouts to ensure no muscle group is neglected. Their sessions often involve PVOLVE equipment like the p.band and gliders, mixed with heavy dumbbells, and are soundtracked by pop music and punctuated by Aniston's humour.

The 'Worth It Everytime' Campaign for 2026

In a revealing insight, Coleman admitted that even Jennifer Aniston has days where she lacks motivation to exercise. This relatable struggle is the foundation of PVOLVE's new campaign launching at the start of 2026, called 'Worth It Everytime'.

"It highlights the real mindset moments that actually get us into — and through — a workout: the hesitation, the negotiation, the self-doubt, and ultimately the small internal win that gets us moving," Coleman stated.

The campaign, which features Aniston, is partnered with Headspace to incorporate mindfulness, recognising that "the biggest part of any workout actually happens before you start." It will include a New Year’s Mindset Challenge: a 4-week programme of short, 30–35 minute classes.

Coleman's first impression of Aniston remains strong: "She's magic! Hard-working, gracious, and obviously hilarious." She also fondly recalls the actress's dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, who often join their at-home training sessions in her Bel Air residence.
