Kris Jenner Confirms Trying Ozempic, Reveals Severe Side Effects
Kris Jenner Admits Trying Ozempic, Says It Made Her Sick

Kris Jenner has finally set the record straight about her use of Ozempic, just days after addressing rumors about her facelift. The 70-year-old reality star admitted on Tuesday's SHE MD podcast that she tried the GLP-1 medication before it became a Hollywood weight-loss trend.

Ozempic Experience

Jenner first sparked speculation in 2023 when she shared a photo from a Tuscan getaway, appearing noticeably slimmer. Fans commented with remarks like 'Rocking the Ozempic too?' and 'The Ozempic runs deep in this family.' Until now, she had never addressed the chatter.

On the podcast, Jenner revealed, 'We tried it once when no one knew what it was,' without specifying when or who 'we' refers to. She admitted the drug made her 'really sick' and 'nauseous,' prompting her to explore other options.

Alternative Treatments

Jenner has since switched to peptide injections and supplements, which she claims give her 'more energy' and 'an extra couple of hours every day.' She also emphasized the importance of regular blood tests: 'I get my blood drawn every three months just to keep my hormones balanced because I realized after I was 45 that was important to your physical female health.'

Facelift Rumors Addressed

Jenner's Ozempic revelation comes nearly a week after she denied claims that she was 'mad as hell' about her $100,000 facelift. Insiders had alleged she was unhappy with the results from Dr Steven M Levine, but Jenner dismissed the rumors during an appearance on daughter Khloe Kardashian's podcast.

'It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him,' she said. Jenner explained that while she usually ignores rumors, she felt compelled to respond because they were 'really hurting someone else'—pointing to Levine.

Confidence at 70

Jenner made it clear she doesn't care about public opinion: 'At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval. I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look.' She has confidently debuted her refreshed appearance at high-profile events, including Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding and her family's holiday party.

Previous Procedures

Jenner's facelift is not her first procedure. She had a previous facelift in 2011 by Dr Garth Fisher, who also performed Kylie Jenner's breast augmentation in 2019. Over the years, she has undergone Botox, a breast augmentation in the 1980s, earlobe reduction in 2018, and a hip replacement in 2022.
