Rebecca Loos' Life Transformation: From Beckham Scandal to Wellness Guru
Rebecca Loos' new life as wellness guru in Norway

From Global Scandal to Mountain Serenity

Rebecca Loos, who shot to global notoriety in 2004 after claiming an affair with her then-boss David Beckham, has revealed how dramatically her life has transformed over two decades. The former personal assistant used Instagram to share a saucy sauna snap alongside a heartfelt tribute to her husband, Norwegian doctor Sven Christjar Skaiaa.

A New Life in Norway

Loos, who married Dr Skaiaa in 2012 after meeting him in 2008, now lives a completely different existence in the Norwegian mountains. The couple share two children and have established an idyllic home where Rebecca has reinvented herself as a wellness guru. In her milestone 1000th Instagram post, she sat in a wooden sauna with just a towel, revealing her husband had personally built the cabin for her.

Her caption expressed gratitude to both followers and her husband: 'Post number 1000!!! A thousand moments captured. I'm so grateful you're part of this journey. And yes... he crafted this. With love. I know I got lucky'.

From Controversy to Contentment

The contrast with her life twenty years ago couldn't be more striking. Back in 2004, Loos's allegations about a four-month affair with the married footballer - which David Beckham has always strenuously denied - created international headlines and led to her dismissal. She subsequently capitalised on her notoriety, becoming a Playboy covergirl and appearing on reality shows including Celebrity Love Island and The Farm.

Now, her Instagram feed tells a different story - filled with yoga poses, nature excursions and her vegan diet. She has completely transformed from celebrity glamour girl to what she describes as a 'Nordic domestic goddess', telling MailOnline in 2016: 'I clean the house, scrub the bathroom, make dinner every night, do the washing - I love caring for my home and family'.

Speaking to The Sun about her new life, Loos explained: 'Now I spend my time practicing yoga, running, biking and hiking and foraging for wild food for my two young sons. Life is very different'. On her blog, she's written about finding peace in her mountain life, stating: 'I am grounded, I am home, healthy and happy... It fills my heart with the heat of love to think that more than me choosing this mountain life, maybe, just maybe, it was the mountains that chose me'.

Meanwhile, David and Victoria Beckham's 26-year marriage has endured despite the early challenges, remaining one of showbusiness's most resilient partnerships.
