Kim Kardashian has reportedly broken two of her self-imposed dating rules by entering a relationship with Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton. The reality TV star and the seven-time world champion have been friends for years before recently taking their relationship to the next level, making their first public appearance together at the Super Bowl in February.
Just six months ago, Kardashian, 45, told the Call Her Daddy podcast that she was happily single and that it would take "someone super special" for her to start dating again. She also ruled out getting involved with a musician or sportsman, stating she would prefer "lawyers and longevity scientists." However, Hamilton, 41, is not only a top athlete but also passionate about music, playing the piano and guitar.
The mother of four also spoke about the challenges of blending families, noting that she did not know if she had the energy to mesh her life with someone else's. Despite these reservations, she described herself as a "really good team player" and a "supportive partner."
The pair's busy schedules may allow them more time together this month, as Hamilton will not return to F1 action until the Miami Grand Prix in early May due to the cancellation of the Saudi Arabia and Bahrain Grands Prix amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Hamilton has made a positive start to the 2026 season with Ferrari, finishing fourth, third and sixth in the first three Grands Prix.
