Louis Tomlinson Fans Warned About Strict Queue Rules for UK Tour
Louis Tomlinson Fans Warned About Strict Queue Rules

Louis Tomlinson fans have been issued a strict warning ahead of the UK leg of his How Did We Get Here? world tour. The former One Direction star is set to perform at several venues across the country, starting with a show at Manchester's Co-op Live on April 24, 2026. Concertgoers are being urged to follow new safety protocols designed to ensure a fair and comfortable experience.

Wristband System at Co-op Live

Co-op Live, Europe's largest indoor arena, has introduced a randomly allocated wristband system for standing ticket holders. This system aims to prevent fans from queuing for hours and to provide an orderly entry process. According to the venue, fans must not arrive before midday on the day of the show. Between 12:00 and 14:00, those seeking first entry must go to Entrance C, where they will receive a numbered wristband. This wristband determines their place in the queue and allows them to leave the area and return later. Wristbands are limited and will be scanned upon arrival, with one wristband per person. From 16:00 to 17:00, wristband holders must return to the venue and rejoin the queue at their designated position. Doors then open for general admission, with different coloured wristbands indicating which lane to join.

Similar Measures at Other Venues

The wristband system is not exclusive to Manchester. At Leeds' First Direct Arena on April 27, wristbands will be distributed between 11:00 and 14:00 in random batches. Fans are asked to return later and queue in a dedicated line matching their wristband. Birmingham's Utilita Arena has also issued warnings, not only for Louis Tomlinson's show but also for Alex Warren's performance on April 24. The venue has explicitly stated that overnight queuing and camping are not permitted, and anyone attempting to do so will be removed by security. They emphasised that unofficial fan-run numbering systems are not recognised and urged cooperation to keep everyone safe and ensure fair access.
