A flight attendant has shared the 'silent revenge' she took on a passenger who repeatedly ignored safety instructions during a flight. The cabin crew member responded to a Reddit question about petty revenge, recounting how a traveller boarded with a large Hydro Flask and kept leaving it on the floor, blocking the aisle.
Despite being asked to pick it up, the passenger continued to leave the bottle in the way. During take-off, the bottle rolled to the back of the plane, nearly hitting the flight attendant. Frustrated, she quietly threw it in the bin without a word. The passenger spent the rest of the flight searching for it, with other crew members also making announcements about the missing item.
The story sparked reactions online, with other flight attendants sharing their own experiences. One recalled a colleague who dealt with a condescending businessman by making him wait to deplane after landing, forcing him to walk past uniformed military personnel in a 'walk of shame'. Another shared how they disposed of a passenger's vape after repeated warnings, watching him scramble to find it during deplaning.
