Meghan Markle's Wedding Photos Send Message to King Charles

Meghan Markle has shared 24 photos on Instagram to mark her eighth wedding anniversary with Prince Harry, in a post that some royal watchers believe carries a subtle message for King Charles. The Duchess of Sussex posted two sets of 12 images, one capturing the daytime ceremony at Windsor Castle and the other showing the evening reception.

Among the photos is one featuring King Charles, who walked Meghan down the aisle after her father Thomas Markle was unable to attend. In the image, Meghan looks towards Charles while he gazes at Harry. The inclusion of the King comes amid reports that Charles has removed a wedding photo of Harry and Meghan from his Highgrove home, fuelling speculation about ongoing tensions.

Royal photographer Chris Jackson recently hosted an event at Highgrove, and eagle-eyed fans noticed the couple's wedding portrait was missing from its usual spot. Former Highgrove butler Grant Harrold told the Royals Uncensored podcast that only the King could have moved the picture, saying: 'The only person who can move pictures or move things around is the King himself.'

Other images shared by Meghan include moments with her mother Doria Ragland, Harry hugging a guest, and the couple delivering speeches, raising a toast, and sharing a first dance. The photos were taken by wedding photographer Chris Allerton and offer a behind-the-scenes look at their 2018 nuptials at St George's Chapel.
