Pam Bondi's Name Appears on Epstein Flight Logs

Court documents unsealed on Wednesday have revealed the names of several high-profile associates of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. The documents were part of a lawsuit filed by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted in 2021 for sex trafficking.

Among the names disclosed are Prince Andrew, former US President Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and David Copperfield. The inclusion of a name does not imply wrongdoing; many individuals were mentioned in passing during legal proceedings.

In a deposition, Maxwell confirmed that Prince Andrew visited Epstein's private island in the US Virgin Islands, but insisted there were no girls present during his visit. Another deposition from Johanna Sjoberg, who alleged she was procured for Epstein, claimed that Epstein told her "Clinton likes them young." Clinton's spokesperson denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes.

Sjoberg also stated that she met Michael Jackson at Epstein's Palm Beach mansion and attended a dinner with David Copperfield, who performed magic tricks. Copperfield allegedly asked Sjoberg if she was aware that girls were paid to find other girls, but did not specify ages.

Former President Donald Trump was mentioned in the documents, but not accused of wrongdoing. Sjoberg recalled visiting one of Trump's casinos with Epstein after a storm diverted their flight. She denied ever giving Trump a massage.

Pam Bondi, who served as Florida Attorney General from 2011 to 2019, was listed in flight logs as a passenger on Epstein's private jet. Bondi has previously faced scrutiny for her office's handling of an investigation into Epstein in 2013, which resulted in a non-prosecution agreement.
