Kate Ferdinand Flaunts Fit Physique in Family Workout with Rio and Kids in Dubai
Kate Ferdinand Shows Fit Physique in Family Workout

Kate Ferdinand showcased her impressive physique in a black sports bra as she joined husband Rio and their children for a family workout in Dubai on Tuesday. The former TOWIE star, 34, offered a glimpse into their active lifestyle after returning to the UAE following a temporary evacuation due to escalating Middle East conflicts.

Family Fitness Fun

Kate and Rio, 47, share two-year-old daughter Shae and five-year-old son Cree. Kate is also step-mother to Rio's children Lorenz, 19, Tate, 17, and Tia, 15, whose mother Rebecca Ellison tragically passed away from breast cancer in 2015 at age 34. While Lorenz was in Hong Kong, the rest of the family engaged in an outdoor workout, with little Cree and Shae stealing the show in a sweet video shared to Instagram.

Kate looked incredible in a busty sports bra paired with matching shorts and trainers. She was seen performing press-ups and using battle ropes to pump her arms. She also teamed up with step-daughter Tia for running, chest presses, and weighted lunges side-by-side.

Competitive Spirit

As a couple passionate about fitness, Kate and Rio displayed their competitive sides while working out in tandem. Little Cree and Shae joined in with battle ropes and light weights, cheering on the others. Tate proved he is following in his father's footsteps, showcasing his strength and fitness during the session, supported by his loved ones.

Return to Dubai

The family workout comes as they adjust back to life in the UAE after returning to Dubai following a previous month's evacuation. Kate described the ordeal as a 'nervous system reset' after 'scary' Iranian drone attacks began in the UAE, forcing them to shelter in their basement. They left for their holiday home in Portugal, returned to London for work and family commitments, and then jetted to the Maldives for a holiday before returning to Dubai last month.

Rio, an ex-England defender, put his lavish £10.5 million mansion in Orpington, Kent up for sale in April, signaling a permanent move to the tax-free emirate. He relocated in August, seeking a 'new journey' with Kate and their children.

Recent Downtime

Over the weekend, the family enjoyed downtime in Dubai following the heartbreaking death of Kate's dog, Ronnie. As Rio prepares to fly to the United States for the World Cup, he shared a gallery of snaps with his family, making the most of his time before his lengthy stint away. The posts included relaxing moments with his two oldest sons, a celebration for Tia's 15th birthday with a huge bouquet and balloons, and a glamorous snap of Kate enjoying a refreshing drink in the sun. Rio also gave a glimpse of his glitzy lifestyle, sharing a chat with Cristiano Ronaldo after his triumph in the Saudi Pro League.
