Masters Football Returns with Liverpool and Chelsea Legends

Masters Football is set to return this spring, with Liverpool and Chelsea among the teams featuring legendary former players. The tournament will take place on May 31 at the OVO Arena in Wembley, London.

Joining the Premier League sides are Ajax and Real Madrid, each represented by former stars. The event's promotional poster hints at participants including Loic Remy for Chelsea, Jermaine Pennant for Liverpool, Ivan Campo for Real Madrid, and Jari Litmanen for Ajax.

The six-a-side matches will last 14 minutes with rolling substitutions, following a round-robin format where the top two teams advance to the final. Past champions include Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Nottingham Forest, and Leicester, with Rangers winning the last edition in 2011.
