Kvaratskhelia Commits to PSG, Rejects Arsenal Move

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has reaffirmed his commitment to Paris Saint-Germain, effectively ending any speculation of a move to Arsenal this summer. The Georgian winger, who joined PSG from Napoli last year, recently stated his desire to become one of the club's greatest ever players.

Arsenal had been monitoring Kvaratskhelia as part of a potential squad overhaul, with manager Mikel Arteta seeking more creativity in attack. However, PSG view the 25-year-old as a near-unsellable asset, making any deal extremely complicated.

The Gunners are expected to sell at least one senior player to comply with the Premier League's new Squad Cost Ratio regulations, but Kvaratskhelia's camp has indicated he is happy in Paris. Arteta also admires Atletico Madrid's Julian Alvarez, but a move for the Argentine appears unlikely due to his €100m (£86.5m) price tag.
