The Toronto-based model, who boasts more than two million followers on Instagram @cecerose, drifted across the surface before suddenly being yanked through the water when a huge shark took the bait attached to the line.

As the beast was reeled in, CeCe was dragged along behind before the pair posed for a snap alongside the impressive catch. Fortunately, CeCe appeared to see the funny side of the stunt, laughing throughout the viral clip.

The 25-year-old recognised change was essential and decided to venture into content creation – with her profile rapidly gaining traction. Now, Sarah has revealed she's receiving messages from blokes she once nursed back to health in hospital.

'I've been inundated with messages from former patients who recognised me,' revealed the influencer, who boasts 134,000 Instagram followers @saraahlloyd. 'I really wasn't expecting it but I actually find it quite sweet and funny. I've also received messages from colleagues, which gives me quite the laugh. Whether I reply depends on what type of message they send and how they treated me back then.'
