Shark Slashes £100 Off LED Beauty Bundle: Editor's Verdict on 'Reduced Breakouts'
Shark cuts £100 off LED beauty gadget bundle

Home appliance giant Shark has launched a significant price cut on one of its most popular beauty bundles, making professional-grade skincare technology more accessible. For a limited time, shoppers can save £100 on the CryoGlow LED Face Mask and FacialPro Glow System bundle, reducing the price to £499.99 from £599.98.

What's in the Shark Beauty Bundle?

The deal, reported by the Liverpool Echo, combines two of Shark's top-rated at-home beauty devices. The CryoGlow LED mask normally retails for £299.99 alone and features four dermatologist-inspired settings: Under-Eye Cooling, Better Ageing Mode, Blemish Repair Mode, and Skin Sustain Mode.

It uses a combination of red, blue, and deep infrared light to target concerns like wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and blemishes. The bundle also includes the FacialPro Glow, Shark's debut exfoliation and hydration tool which uses contrast therapy to cleanse pores and support the skin's barrier.

Beauty Editor's Three-Month Trial: 'Skin Looks More Even'

The Mirror's beauty editor, Zoe Cripps, who has tested numerous LED masks from budget to high-end, shared her extensive experience after using the Shark CryoGlow mask for three months.

"After three months of using Shark's CryoGlow Mask at least five times per week, I'm really happy to report I've seen some great changes to my skin," Cripps stated. She alternated between the red and blue light settings for 6-8 minutes daily, with the under-eye cooling on maximum.

She reported visible improvements: "My skin looks much more even, less blotchy and has become less prone to breakouts and red marks." Cripps also noted it helped reduce redness from rosacea on her cheeks. She observed reduced puffiness around her eyes within weeks, with texture and tone improving after about two months.

Considerations on Battery and Fit

While largely positive, Cripps did highlight two practical drawbacks. The mask's battery life lasts for around three or four uses, necessitating frequent charging. She also mentioned that the cryo pads under the eyes were tricky to position perfectly, suggesting the mask might not suit smaller face shapes.

The Shark bundle faces competition from other established LED devices. CurrentBody's Series 2 LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask (£399) promises to reverse ageing signs, while Medicube's Age-r LED Booster Pro Pink (£289) is also gaining traction on social media for its skin-smoothing claims.

This £100 saving offers a compelling entry point for those seeking salon-level LED and facial treatment technology from a trusted home brand. The offer is exclusively available on the Shark website for a limited period.
