O2 is offering new customers a £15 gift card to spend at retailers including Nike, Adidas, Argos and Greene King Pubs, ahead of the 2026 World Cup. The deal is available with select SIM-only packages, such as the 40GB plan for £8 per month or the 50GB plan for £9 per month, both on 12-month contracts.
Customers who sign up before April 11 can claim the voucher, which could be used to reduce the cost of the new England kit or enjoy drinks at Greene King while watching the tournament. The SIMs include unlimited UK minutes and texts, plus up to 25GB of EU roaming data.
However, O2 warns that the validation period can take up to 120 days, meaning some customers may not receive their voucher until after the World Cup final on July 19. The offer also grants access to O2 Priority perks, such as pre-sale concert tickets and discounts at Greggs, Vue cinemas and lastminute.com.
England's World Cup campaign begins on June 17 against Croatia in Arlington, Texas. Fans are hopeful after a mixed set of recent friendlies, with a 1-1 draw against Uruguay and a 1-0 loss to Japan, though key players like Harry Kane and Declan Rice were absent.
