The Sidemen's fried chicken chain Sides officially opens at Gravity Max Liverpool on Tuesday, June 30, adding to the venue's lineup of food vendors. The restaurant, located in Liverpool ONE, is part of the YouTube collective's expansion plans announced earlier this year.
Expansion and Menu
In 2026, Sides aimed to open 15 new UK restaurants, including this Liverpool branch, following what the brand described as "incredible momentum." The chain launched in 2021 with Hero Brands and now operates five UK sites plus an international location in Singapore. The menu features burgers, tenders, wings, fries, and shakes with spice levels from mild to hottest.
Earlier this month, Sidemen member Ethan Payne (Behzinga) announced the location on Instagram, saying in a Scouse accent: "Gravity Max. Liverpool. We're coming. Delectable, lovely chicken from The Sides." The collective added: "We are seriously hyped to take this next step and bring even more people into our Sides journey."
Venue and Partnership
Gravity Max Liverpool offers electric go-kart racing, augmented reality bowling, digital darts, urban street golf, virtual reality, batting cages, shuffleboard, and arcade games. Existing food vendors include Wendy's, Benni’s Pizza Joint, Jones Burgers, and Birdies. Michael Harrison, chief growth officer at Gravity, said: "We're delighted to welcome SIDES to Gravity MAX Liverpool and to partner with one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing food brands."
The Sidemen, with 22 million subscribers, originally included KSI, but he has since left the group. The restaurant is expected to attract fans and foodies alike, offering a full day of entertainment under one roof.
