Disneyland Lifts COVID-Era Rule on Park Hopping Restrictions
Disneyland Ends COVID-Era Park Hopping Restrictions

Disneyland is ending a COVID-era rule that restricted guests from moving between Disneyland Park and California Adventure until 11 a.m. Effective June 9, guests with Park Hopper tickets and Magic Key passes will be able to “park hop” between the two theme parks at any time.

The change also removes the requirement for guests to first tap into their initial reserved park before being able to hop to another. This means guests can make a reservation for one park but enter the other first, provided there is availability.

Park hopping remains subject to park capacity, meaning entry may be denied if a park reaches its maximum occupancy. In full, Disneyland ends its COVID-era rule that slowed ‘park hopping’ for Disneyland visitors.
