In a tweet, they stated: "Lanes 3 & 4 (of 4) are closed on the #M25 clockwise between J24 #PottersBar and J25 #WalthamCross due to a traffic collision. Vehicle recovery is being arranged. Current delays of 45 minutes on the approach, with 4 miles of congestion."
