Nottinghamshire Police received a call at 2:35 PM on 28 May regarding a man who had been seen entering the lake. Officers from the police force, along with firefighters and paramedics from East Midlands Ambulance Service, are currently on site. An air ambulance has also been dispatched to the area.

Police Statement

A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Police said: “Emergency services were called to Balderton Lake, off Heron Way, New Balderton, at 2.35pm today following reports a man had entered the water. Police, fire service and East Midlands Ambulance Service teams remain at the scene and we are advising people to please keep away from the area.”
