Two individuals have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Shanice Brookes outside a bar in Sheffield city centre during the Bank Holiday weekend.
Details of the Charges
Jemele Rhone, aged 30, has been charged with murder following the death of Shanice Brookes, also 30, who was shot dead outside the One Four One bar in the early hours of Monday morning, according to South Yorkshire Police.
Deiryen Dyce, 32, of Ellesmere Road North, Sheffield, faces multiple charges, including assisting an offender, possession of ammunition, possession of drugs with intent to supply, possession of drugs, and possession of criminal property, the force added.
Court Appearance
Both suspects are scheduled to appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court later on Friday.
Police also confirmed that a 30-year-old man who was arrested in Sheffield on Monday on suspicion of murder has been released and is no longer considered a suspect.
