Woman Keyed Car with Air Hose at Sydney Petrol Station

Police in New South Wales are searching for a woman who deliberately scratched the length of a stranger's car using an air hose at a petrol station in Sydney's south. The incident occurred at the BP service station in South Hurstville and was captured on closed-circuit television.

CCTV Footage Reveals Vandalism

The footage shows a woman dressed in a bright green t-shirt and jeans approaching a blue sedan while holding an air pump. She then proceeds to run the hose along the entire right-hand side of the vehicle, causing a deep scratch. After completing the act, she uses the same pump to inflate one of her own car's tyres before leaving the scene.

Victim Unaware at the Time

The owner of the blue sedan was inside the service station when the vandalism took place and was unaware of the damage until later. The motive for the attack remains unclear.
