Kirk Norcross, one of the original cast members of the ITV2 reality show TOWIE, has turned his back on fame and now runs a rubbish collection business. The 38-year-old, once known as a 'rich party boy' living a luxury lifestyle, has launched County Clear Waste, a same-day rubbish collection service operating across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Norcross first appeared on TOWIE in 2011, quickly becoming a fan favourite with his extravagant lifestyle, luxury cars, and parties at his late father Mick Norcross' Sugar Hut nightclub. After two years, he left the show and later appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and MTV's Ex On The Beach in 2015. He even turned down an offer to join the 10-year TOWIE anniversary reunion.
Now, Norcross leads a 'normal' life, focusing on his new business. County Clear Waste handles household, commercial, and industrial waste, and offers a 'wait and load service'. The company launched in January 2026. Promoting it on Instagram, Norcross shared a photo in a branded hi-vis jacket, writing: 'Hi, I'm Kirk Norcross, proud owner of County Clear Waste. I provide reliable, fully insured and licensed rubbish clearance across Norfolk and Suffolk. From garden clearances to all types of waste removal, I've got you covered.'
This is not his first business venture; he previously ran KN Jet Services, a jet-washing and drain-cleaning company in Essex. Norcross is also a dedicated father to two children.
Norcross has spoken openly about the toll his television career took on his mental health. In 2019, he revealed he attempted suicide due to severe anxiety and depression. His father Mick died by suicide in January 2021, with an inquest revealing he felt unable to cope with financial worries.
TOWIE returns on Sunday, April 26 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, airing every Sunday and Monday.
