Three individuals who tragically lost their lives in a devastating road crash in County Tyrone have been formally identified by authorities. The fatal incident occurred near Moy on Saturday evening, resulting in multiple casualties and leaving the local community in profound mourning.
Victims Named Following Tragic Collision
The deceased have been named as Conor Quinn, aged 31, from Derryloughan, John Guy, aged 48, originally from Dublin but residing in Keady, County Armagh, and Laura Hoy-Henry, aged 23, from Cookstown. All three victims were travelling together in the same vehicle at the time of the catastrophic collision.
Details of the Multi-Vehicle Incident
The serious road traffic accident involved three distinct vehicles: a red BMW, a grey Volkswagen Amarok, and a white Audi Q3. The collision transpired at approximately 10:20 PM on Saturday, February 21st, 2026, on a road close to the Moy area.
Police confirmed that Conor Quinn, John Guy, and Laura Hoy-Henry were all passengers in the red BMW. A fourth female passenger in that same vehicle sustained injuries and required medical attention. Additionally, two occupants of the grey Volkswagen reported injuries necessitating treatment, while the driver of the white Audi suffered minor injuries.

Authorities have launched a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. Assistant Chief Constable Davy Beck stated that despite the immediate and valiant efforts of emergency services at the scene, the three individuals could not be saved.
A police spokesperson issued a heartfelt statement: "Our thoughts are with their families at this time as they come to terms with the devastating loss of their loved ones, and we will continue to support them." The spokesperson further emphasized that enquiries are ongoing and made a direct appeal to the public.
