Kristin Cavallari Stuns at Miami Swim Week

Kristin Cavallari, known for her role in The Hills, appeared in remarkable shape as she walked the runway during Miami Swim Week on Thursday. The 39-year-old jewelry designer showcased a muscular physique in a leopard print bikini paired with a sheer sarong skirt and nude high heels.

According to a source, Cavallari dedicated three hours daily to exercise to achieve her peak condition. "Kristin worked out three hours every single day to make sure her body was in top shape; she really busted her ass to get there," the insider revealed. The regimen was split into two sessions: an hour and a half of weightlifting in the morning, followed by an hour and a half power walk later in the day.

Standing at 5 feet 3 inches and weighing approximately 114 pounds, Cavallari intensified her usual fitness routine. "She always works out, but she went the extra mile to prove that she is still hot as she approaches her 40th birthday next year," added the source.

The reality star walked the runway wearing RESA's Serpent print bikini styles, accessorized with jewelry from her own brand, Uncommon James. Despite her confident appearance, Cavallari admitted to being "nervous as hell" to strut in front of hundreds at the Mondrian South Beach. "She had the shakes; she was sweating because she was scared to walk the runway. It took a lot of confidence to do that, and she stepped up to the plate," a friend shared.

Backstage, Cavallari was seen taking deep breaths to calm her nerves, as captured in a video on her Instagram Stories. The next morning, she appeared exhausted while applying skincare after a "long night" in Florida.

The fashion show marked the runway debut for both RESA and Uncommon James. It took place on the waterfront, featuring resort wear and statement jewelry. Cavallari showcased necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and an anklet made from sculptural metals, shells, pearls, and warm gold accents.

Her summer jewelry line was inspired by "Mediterranean summers and vintage markets." In a press statement, Cavallari said, "I wanted the collection to feel relaxed, sexy, and wearable beyond just vacation. The layered statement necklaces are definitely my must-have. I love how they instantly transform even the simplest outfit."

Cavallari discovered RESA last year and became a genuine fan. RESA founder Suzanne Marchese described the collection as inspired by summer travel, aiming to create timeless yet exciting pieces. "We've stepped outside our comfort zone with prints that are more daring, vibrant, and expressive, bringing a fresh level of excitement while still staying true to our signature sense of timeless style," Marchese said.
