Family Update and Fundraising Efforts

In a Facebook update on Saturday, July 4, Gregory's mother wrote: 'We were told on Tuesday that the first 24-48 hours were critical. Then they said 72….. We are on day 5 and my boy is still here. Keep fighting sunshine, we ain’t going nowhere.' She expressed gratitude for family and friends, adding, 'Please keep praying.'

A GoFundMe page set up by Jane Richardson has raised over £10,000 to support the family. The page states: 'He remains on a ventilator while specialist teams do everything they can to save his life. His injuries are extensive, and the road ahead will be unimaginably long and difficult.' The fundraiser aims to ease financial burdens for travel, accommodation, and living costs.
